'Psyché' from Macchion dei Lupi is a Tuscan red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes. The Psyche is aged for 8 months in a mixture of oak, cement and steel barrels. Macchion dei Lupi produce wines with minimal intervention. The Psyche is a refreshing, juicy wine with hints of earth and spice. Try matching the Psyche with Charcuterie, mushroom dishes or even try spag bol.
