Sangiovese, Cannaiolo

Fattoria di Piazzano Ventoso is made from a blend of Sangiovese and Cannaiolo grapes. The blend is fermented in cement vats and aged for 9 months before bottling. The Ventoso offers complex aromas and great concentration. The Ventoso is best paired with tomato based meat pasta sauce or BYO to your favourite pizzeria!
